Article 1: Applicability
1.1 These Terms apply to all services offered by blissko, including in-person and online breathwork and bodywork sessions, group events, workshops and retreats.
1.2 By booking any service, the client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Article 2: Services and booking
2.1 All services are offered as described on the website and booking platform. Group events and retreats may have separate terms referenced at the time of booking.
2.2 All bookings must be made through the online booking system or other agreed channels. A booking is confirmed when the client receives a confirmation email.
2.3 Clients must provide accurate information during booking and complete any intake or health forms required prior to the first session. If required forms are not completed, blissko may reschedule the appointment.
Article 3: Payment and deposits
3.1 100% deposit is required to secure bookings for online sessions. If a different deposit applies, this will be stated at booking. Deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise stated.
3.2 Remaining balances are due on arrival or as stated at checkout and may be paid by the methods listed on the website, including Payconiq and cash payment.
3.3 All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. blissko may change prices for future bookings; confirmed bookings remain at the agreed price.
Article 4: Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
4.1 Client cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund of any amount paid, except the deposit if stated as non-refundable.
4.2 Cancellations made between 24 and 1 hour before the appointment incur a 40% fee of the total price. Cancellation within 1 hour or no-shows will be charged in full.
4.3 For events or retreats different cancellation rules may apply and will be clearly stated at booking.
4.4 If the client is late, the session may be shortened so subsequent bookings are not delayed; full fee still applies.
4.5 If blissko must cancel due to illness, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment.
Article 5: Health, safety and informed consent
5.1 Clients confirm they are in good health and will disclose medical conditions, medication, pregnancy or other relevant information prior to treatment.
5.2 Clients must complete the intake form before their first session. If a health condition requires medical clearance, the client agrees to obtain that clearance before attending.
5.3 Sessions at blissko are therapeutic bodywork and breathwork, not medical treatment or psychotherapy. blissko does not diagnose medical conditions. If you are unsure whether a session is appropriate, consult your medical professional.
5.4 Children and minors: clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Specific age limits may apply to certain offerings.
Article 6: Liability and insurance
6.1 blissko and its practitioners exercise professional care. However, blissko is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booked service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
6.2 Where applicable, practitioners hold professional liability insurance; proof can be provided on request.
6.3 Clients accept responsibility for their belongings and for following practitioner instructions during sessions.
Article 7: Privacy and data protection
7.1 Personal data is processed to perform the contract and to provide services. Payment processing may involve third-party providers; their terms apply.
7.2 More details are available in our Privacy Policy, including rights of access, correction and deletion. For privacy enquiries contact: hello@blisskobodywork.com
7.3 Client records and invoices are retained in accordance with legal and professional requirements.
Article 8: Photos, recordings and marketing
8.1 Sessions will not be recorded or photographed without explicit written consent. Any imagery used for marketing requires a separate consent form.
Article 9: Complaints and dispute resolution
9.1 Clients must submit complaints in writing within 48 hours after the service. blissko will acknowledge receipt within 7 days and propose a response or resolution within 14 days.
9.2 Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, mediation is encouraged before pursuing court proceedings.
Article 10: Force majeure
10.1 blissko is not liable for delay or non-performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as practitioner illness, natural events, technical failures or government orders. In such cases, blissko will offer rescheduling or refund.
Article 11: Changes to these Terms
11.1 blissko may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when published on the website. Current Terms will be visible on the site.
