The name blissko came to me like a gentle exhale — part English bliss, part Polish blisko (meaning "close").
It holds a simple truth: the peace, ease, and joy you're seeking isn't somewhere far away, requiring perfect conditions or years of preparation.

More than a container for stress, your body is a wellspring of sensation, joy, and deep knowing. Yet when life overwhelms, your protective responses may kick in — holding breath, tensing muscles, or shutting down sensation. Over time, these patterns can quiet not just pain, but also pleasure, intimacy, and ease.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) opens doors to what's been stored beneath the surface — sometimes grief or old emotions, other times waves of release, laughter, or unexpected softness.
Breath invites your full participation while making space for whatever wants to emerge: clarity, connection, or quiet joy. We honor natural rhythms — effort and rest, emotion and stillness, tension and release. Your body sets the pace. You're never pushed, only invited.

Even as a child, I was fascinated by how incredible our bodies are — marveling in biology class at all those systems working together. I was also pure movement and joy: dancing at celebrations, performing in school plays, swimming in lakes, so active I'd watch television hanging upside down on the couch (my parents eventually sent me to acrobatics classes).
Somewhere along the way, like so many of us, I learned to live primarily in my head. The thinking mind became my refuge, books my escape, and I gradually disconnected from that active, embodied child I'd been.
My fascination with the human body led me to study biotechnology, convinced I'd find healing in molecular details. After realizing that lab work wasn't for me, I found myself in an office job, still carrying that fascination but not knowing how to honor it.
First through yoga, then profoundly through motherhood — watching my body create and nourish life filled me with awe for what I'd been disconnected from.
Years later, breathwork and somatic practices during my Holosomatic® Bodywork Therapy training integrated everything I'd been learning.
During this journey, I shifted from that spotlight-loving child to discovering my gift in quiet, deep listening. I became the friend others sought when they needed to be truly heard, and that empathic presence now shapes my work. The researcher in me loves how science explains what my body always knew: why breath shifts our nervous system, why gentle touch heals, why honoring natural rhythms matters.

Combined with therapeutic touch and somatic awareness, this creates space for whatever wants to move through you — whether that's emotions, tears or laughter.
Online sessions adapt this work through guided self-touch and conscious connected breath, creating the same safe container for your nervous system to unfold.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in easily. For online sessions, prepare your yoga mat, a ottle of water and find a quiet private space.
You're ready if you're curious, even if you're also nervous. Readiness isn't about being fearless — it's about being willing to explore what your body might need, at whatever pace feels right for you.
Absolutely. We'll discuss boundaries before we begin, and you maintain complete control over any touch. Many clients start with minimal contact and gradually open to more as they feel safe. Your pace, always.
Conscious connected breathwork is foundational to this work, but we always go at your pace. New to breathwork? We'll start gently and build gradually as your system feels ready.
Emotions are completely welcome — they're often how the body releases what it's been holding. I'm trained to support you through whatever arises, and we can always pause, slow down, or adjust as needed.
