The name blissko came to me like a gentle exhale — part English bliss, part Polish blisko (meaning "close").
It holds a simple truth: the peace, ease, and joy you're seeking isn't somewhere far away, requiring perfect conditions or years of preparation.

I know what it's like to live disconnected from your body.
As a child, I was pure movement — dancing, swimming, so active my parents sent me to acrobatics classes because I couldn't sit still. Somewhere along the way, like so many of us, I learned to live in my head. The thinking mind became my refuge. My body became something to manage, not inhabit.
The journey back began with yoga, deepened profoundly through motherhood, and crystallized during my Holosomatic® Bodywork training. Watching my body create and nourish life filled me with awe for what I'd been disconnected from.
Now I help other women find their way home to their bodies — not through more thinking or understanding, but through breath, touch, and the kind of presence that makes it safe to finally let go.
The researcher in me loves how science explains what my body always knew: why breath shifts our nervous system, why gentle touch heals, why honoring natural rhythms matters. The woman in me knows that intellectual understanding isn't enough — transformation happens when your body finally feels safe enough to soften.


Most bodywork either stays surface-level (nice but doesn't change anything) or dives deep without safety (retraumatizing). This work holds both.
The depth: Holosomatic® Bodywork uses conscious connected breathwork to access nervous system states where real transformation happens. Not surface relaxation — actual release of what you've been holding in your tissues for years.
The safety: Touch therapy and Zenthai Shiatsu are deeply attuned to what your body shows me. I follow your pace, not a protocol. You stay fully clothed. You maintain complete choice. Nothing happens without your body's YES.
The training: I'm a certified Holosomatic® Bodywork Therapist, Touch Therapist, and Zenthai Shiatsu Practitioner. This combination is rare — most practitioners offer one modality. I bridge active release work (breathwork) with receptive restoration work (bodywork) so you get what you actually need.
The approach: This isn't about fixing what's "broken." Your body already knows how to heal. My job is creating the conditions where it finally feels safe enough to do so.

This session is for you if:
Your nervous system has been braced for so long that "relaxed" sounds like a foreign language.
You want to rest, but the second you try, your mind starts making lists or your body feels like it's going to fly apart.
You're craving something your body barely remembers: being held without having to earn it, touched without having to perform, safe without having to stay alert.
What happens:
You lie down fully clothed. That's it. That's your only job.
I bring the movement to you. Zenthai Shiatsu — supported stretches, gentle pressure along your body's energy pathways, rhythmic rocking that teaches your nervous system what "safe" feels like.
The breathwork here is whisper-soft. Optional invitations. Everything moves at the pace of your nervous system deciding it's finally okay to let go.
This isn't about "working on" your body. It's about your body remembering it's allowed to receive. To soften. To stop fighting itself.

Rest doesn't feel stolen anymore. It feels like permission.

What happens:
This is Holosomatic® Bodywork — conscious connected breathwork combined with intuitive touch and somatic awareness. Whatever wants to come through gets to come through. Grief that's been stuck in your chest for years. Rage you've been too polite to feel. Laughter you forgot was possible. Old stories your tissues have been holding.
I stay with you. My hands follow what your body shows me. Sometimes that's holding. Sometimes it's gentle pressure. Sometimes it's just presence while you shake, cry, roar, or lie completely still.
There's no agenda except what your body wants to release.
Online sessions work through guided self-touch and the same conscious connected breath. Your nervous system doesn't need me in the room to unfold — it needs permission and a safe container.
What changes after:
That thing you've been carrying? Lighter. Sometimes gone entirely.
Your body feels like yours again. Not a machine you push through the day. Not a problem to manage. YOURS.

If you're asking this question, you probably are. The fact that you're here means something in you is ready for change.
This work is for you if you're tired of just thinking about your patterns, ready to actually feel and release what you've been holding, and willing to let your body lead instead of your mind controlling everything.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to begin.
Absolutely. Many people come to this work with touch sensitivity or past experiences that make physical contact feel uncomfortable.
Here's how touch works in each session:
Bodywork: Touch is the foundation of this session — Zenthai Shiatsu and Touch therapy are hands-on modalities. However, you remain in complete control: fully clothed throughout, can say no or adjust at any time, boundaries established before we begin.
Breathwork: Touch is optional and supportive, not the primary modality. The breath does most of the work. I may offer grounding touch or gentle pressure to support what's moving, but only with your permission. Many people do Breathwork sessions with very little physical contact.
Online sessions: You guide your own touch following my direction, which can be more comfortable if you're touch-sensitive.
If you're very nervous about touch, consider starting with Breathwork (where touch is optional) or an online session (where you control all touch yourself). We can always adjust based on what your body needs.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in easily. Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before. Come with an open mind — let your body lead.
For online: quiet private space, yoga mat/blanket/pillows, water nearby, test your internet first.
Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged full fee.
If you have a genuine emergency, let's talk. I'm human and flexible.
Breathwork is the primary modality in Breathwork sessions (intense conscious connected breathing).
In Bodywork sessions, breathwork is gentle and optional — soft invitations for your system to settle, not intense.
This is completely normal and part of the healing process. Emotions are energy that's been stuck. When they finally move, it can feel intense. You might cry, shake, laugh, get angry, or feel nothing at all. All of this is welcome.
I'm trained to hold space for whatever comes up. We can slow down, add grounding touch, take a pause, or adjust intensity. You're always in control.
In-person sessions:
Available for both Breathwork and Bodywork
I guide your body directly with hands-on touch

Online sessions:
Available for Breathwork only (Bodywork requires in-person touch)
I guide the breathing, you use your own hands for touch following my direction

Bodywork sessions (Zenthai Shiatsu and Touch Therapy) are only offered in-person in Bruges, as touch is integral to these modalities.

I guide you through the conscious connected breathing, and you use your own hands for touch following my guidance. I stay with you visually and verbally throughout. Same nervous system shifts, same release potential — just more physically independent.
Bodywork sessions require in-person attendance in Bruges, as hands-on touch (Zenthai Shiatsu and TouchTtherapy) is integral to these modalities.

Safety is foundational. Without safety, your nervous system can't let go.
Consent is ongoing. You stay in control (fully clothed, complete autonomy, can stop anytime). I'm trained in trauma-informed practices. Clear professional boundaries always maintained.
This work is trauma-informed, but I'm not a psychologist.
If you have complex PTSD, acute/recent trauma, dissociative disorders, or need ongoing talk therapy, this bodywork can complement therapy but shouldn't replace it.
If you're in crisis, please reach out to a mental health professional first. This work is for integration and release, not crisis intervention.
